EB Technologies Inc. ("RoamRun," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our RoamRun service (the "Service").

For the purpose of data protection laws, the Data Controller is EB Technologies Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

We may collect the following types of personal data to provide and improve our Service:

• Contact Information: Your name, email address, and WhatsApp phone number.
• Conversation Data: The content of your conversations with our AI agent.
• Transaction Data: Details of the eSIM plans you purchase, including package ID and price.
• Technical Data: Your IP address and technical log data related to your use of the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
• Process your transactions and deliver your purchased eSIMs.
• Communicate with you, including providing customer support.
• Improve and personalize our AI agent and Service offerings.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. However, we share your information with trusted third-party service providers ("Data Processors") who perform services for us or on our behalf. These include:

• Meta (WhatsApp): To facilitate the communication channel for our Service.
• Google: To process conversational queries using their AI platform.
• Stripe: To securely process your payments. We do not store your full credit card details.
• Airalo: Our primary supplier, to provision and deliver the eSIM services you purchase.

These third parties may use their own sub-processors to provide their services. For more information on Airalo's sub-processors, please refer to their Trust Portal.

5. Your Right to Data Deletion

In accordance with Meta's Platform Terms, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected.

To initiate a data deletion request, please send an email to privacy@roamrun.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". In the body of the email, you must include the WhatsApp phone number (including country code) associated with your account so we can identify your data.

Upon receiving your request, we will proceed with deleting your personal data from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal or regulatory data retention requirements.

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
