These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RoamRun service (the "Service"), operated by EB Technologies Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

IMPORTANT: This document contains important information about your rights and obligations, including limitations on our liability to you. Please read it carefully.

1. The Service

RoamRun provides a conversational AI-powered concierge service via WhatsApp to help you purchase and manage prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel. These eSIM services are provided by third-party suppliers and network operators.

2. Service Availability and Limitations

We act as an aggregator and reseller of eSIM services. We do not own or operate the underlying mobile network infrastructure. While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the network access provided by our suppliers will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times.

You acknowledge that network quality, speed, and coverage are subject to various factors beyond our control, including local network conditions, device compatibility, and your geographic location. We are not responsible for any service failures, interruptions, or degradation attributable to the underlying network infrastructure.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your mobile device is unlocked and compatible with eSIM technology before purchasing a plan. We provide access to a list of compatible devices, but it is your responsibility to verify your specific device model.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EB TECHNOLOGIES INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING IN ANY MANNER FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

5. Support

RoamRun provides the first line of support for all inquiries related to your purchase and the Service. For any questions or issues, please contact us through the support options provided on our website or within the Service.

6. Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any eSIM plans or the Service at any time. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
